2. Main characteristics of the product

The type, quantity, book language and main characteristics of the product you order are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Each Fast Friends set includes a storybook, an activity book and a handmade amigurumi toy.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Turkish lira and include all taxes. The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order and is added to the order total. Payment is made by credit or debit card through iyzico. The seller does not store card details.

4. Delivery

Your order is handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and is delivered no later than 30 days after the order date. See Delivery and Returns for details.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. How to withdraw, return periods, return shipping costs and the statutory exceptions are explained on the Delivery and Returns page and in the Distance Sales Agreement.

6. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints using the contact details above. For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually by Türkiye's Ministry of Trade and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
