Delivery and Returns

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your order is handed to our contracted courier within 1–3 business days.
Transit time depends on your delivery address. Delivery will be completed no later than 30 days after the order date.
The buyer pays the delivery charge. The amount is shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We email you the tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Your order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it is crushed, torn or damaged, ask the courier to record the damage and let us know. These steps do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective goods.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason or paying a penalty, subject to the statutory exceptions below.
Send a clear withdrawal notice within that period to info@bookidshop.com, including your order number. You may also notify us in writing at the address below. Our telephone numbers are available for assistance.
Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Include any accessories and promotional gifts supplied with it, and the invoice if available. Examination or use in accordance with the product's function, technical specifications and instructions does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal. The statutory exceptions below remain applicable.
You are not charged return shipping when you use the courier specified for returns in the pre-contract information. If no return courier was specified there, you are not charged return shipping when using a courier of your choice. The seller also pays return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
The product price and any initial delivery charge are refunded within 14 days after you hand the product to the return courier. If you use a courier other than the one specified in the pre-contract information, that period starts when the seller receives the product. For products not yet delivered, it starts when we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund is made in a single payment through the payment method used for your purchase, without an additional charge. The time a card refund takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us if your product arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or differs from your order. The seller pays return shipping. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal, are preserved.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of Türkiye's Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Books whose protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery;
Products made to your specifications or personalised for you;
Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened.

These exceptions do not remove your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
